Fleur de Lis Bell Pendant

Fleur de Lis Bell Pendant

(1 customer review)

The Fleur de Lis Bell comes with a story card that reads:

Legend has it that the Fleur de Lis stems from the baptismal lily used in the crowning of King Clovis I. The lily itself appeared at the baptismal ceremony as a gift of blessing in an apparition of the Virgin Mary. The Fleur de Lis has long been a symbol of French sovereignty used in its flags and crests. It is also popular in some of our Southern States.

I purchased this Fleur de Lis bell Christmas 2015 for one of my daughter-in-laws, deciding to choose a bell that “fit” her, as opposed to the literal “daughter-in-law” bell. The design is as classic and beautiful as she is. She loves it! The workmanship is perfect. This bell has a very pleasant ring, not too loud, just beautiful.
